Wedding Ceremony Package:
• A consultation to assist the bride and groom with their music choices.
• 1-1/4 consecutive hours on the day of the ceremony (i.e. 4:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m with the ceremony at 5:00p.m.)
• Amplification if necessary.
• Can be combined with Reception Package IF both events are at the same venue or are separated by at least 3 hours of time. (Only one discount per event where applicable.)
**Ceremonies that take place from January 2 to March 31 will receive a 10% discount! **
Outdoor Wedding Ceremony Package (a.k.a. The Electric Harp Package):
• Available only from mid-April to mid-October.
• A consultation to assist the bride and groom with their music choices.
• 1-1/4 consecutive hours on the day of the ceremony (i.e. 4:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m with the ceremony at 5:00p.m.)
• Amplification as necessary. (This is actually a requirement for the electric harp.)
• Can be combined with Reception Package IF both events are at the same venue or are separated by at least 3 hours of time. (Only one discount per event where applicable.)
**If you choose to combine this with a Reception Package, a concert harp will be used for the indoor work. So you will actually have 2 different harps at your wedding!**
Reception Package:
• 1-4 hours total time.
• Amplification as necessary.

Funerals and Memorial Services:
Single Day Package:
• Up to 2 hours for Visitation/Wake and Service at the same location.
• Monday through Thursday bookings of this package will receive a 10% discount.
Two Day Visitation/Wake and Service:
• Up to 4 hours for Visitation and up to 2 hours for Service the next day at the same location.
• Monday through Thursday bookings of this package will receive a 10% discount.

Outdoor Graveside services:
• Electric lever harp only.
• Available from mid-April to mid-October, weather permitting.
Orchestra work:
• One, 3-hour rehearsal and concert.
• Additional rehearsals available, depending on repertoire.
Student/Young Professional Coaching:
• 60-90 minutes per session.

Studio Recording:
• Call for rates and scheduling.
Also Included:
• Prompt return of your phone calls and/or emails.
• Hiring additional musicians as requested by the client.
• A written contract that sets out details, such as times, dates, and locations.
• Confirmation of our arrangements by phone and/or email one week before the event.
• The presence of at least one of my own, top-quality, professional instruments and its accessories, including any necessary electronics.
• For wedding ceremonies: Coordination with your officiant on the day of the wedding.
• Coordination with other musicians on or before the day of the event
• Moving the harp, which is large, heavy, delicate, and yes, extremely expensive, hand-made instrument
• Arriving 30-60 minutes prior to the start of the event to get the harp and other equipment set up before the arrival of your guests
